Demand and end to the Illuminating Company charging $92.00 security deposits

We have to put a stop to Illuminating company charging what ever they want on our bill for no good reason. I thought they charge a security deposit if your utility's got shut off. But now the Illuminating Company is charging $92.00 because you didn't send your money in on their due date. I do have other bills to pay too. The Illuminating Company is adding unnecessary money to the bill. Don't let the Illuminating Company get away with this. We all have a voice by signing this petition to make the $92.00 dollar deposit go away for not paying on the due date. Thank you for your time.
