Tell the truth about nuclear weapons in the Falklands/Malvinas

Nick Clegg is either a liar or a fool. Of course nuclear-armed submarines were sent to these Islands in the 1982 War. For the very simple reason that no one can be certain if and when World War 3 will break out, with full use of nuclear weapons. Therefore all nuclear-capable carriers have their nuclear weapons with them at all times. Otherwise there is no point in possessing nuclear weapons. The Government should come clean and admit the truth. All our potential enemies are aware of the situation. About the only people unaware are the citizens of our own country. Hardly democracy, which we are supposed to be protecting.
