stop BP exploring gulf till they PAY seafood business claim's

B P hasn't  finished there commitment to the gulf coast. They are usising the court system to stall paying businesses, wich is not what they promised.                       We understand why some businesses need futher investagation,but not "THE SEAFOOD INDUSTRY", Was directly affected by the oil spill. The Gulf is not producing1/3 of what it did in 2010 in the way of CRAB'S, FISH OYSTER'S or SHRIMP!!!The county and state gov, and US got paid. But not us!
