  Research has proven a strong link between animal cruelty and those who commit violent offences against humans. The most vicious killers began by torturing and killing animals and this must be acknowledged by our judicial system and our government.  We  must  find this man and give him the maximum sentence!

  We urge you to review the current sentencing structure and ensure that those who commit cruelty to animals receive a penalty that will be effective, deter future offences and is in line with the severity of the offence committed.

  Help Justice to be served, seek maximum sentencing for this man!

  Do not let this crime go unpunished for the horrible torture of this dog!

  Sign this petition urging Slovenian authorities to hunt down the guilty parties, expose the severity of animal abuse, and create proper legislation that will protect animals. Currently , animal control standards are unacceptable, inhumane, and do not operate using the highest standards of animal welfare.
