In ohio, the law states that all a dog needs to be left outside is a three sided cage/shelter, food, and water. There is no requirement for how big it must be and there is no requirement for any other form of warmth. For domesticated dogs, this is simply not enough. The Ohio winters are too cold and too brutal for dogs to survive! If you cannot tell, the uploaded image is a house in Mason, Ohio. The dark part of the window is a dog that is begging to be let inside. This dog is left outside every day and after numerous calls, i was finally advised to start a petition because there is simply nothing else that can be done. The lady that lives in this house is simply making this dog suffer for no reason at all. Please help us stop this!
We need to change this law because many dogs are suffering on a daily basis because there are people that simply do not care. Please stop the animal neglect right now!
