I AM CALLING FOR THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF VETINARY SURGEONS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO AN INDEPENDANT BODY WHO CAN INVESTIGATE MALPRACTICE CLAIMS WHICH THEY APPEAR TO COVER UP AND CLOSE RANKS
THE BLATANT DISREGARD AND FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT CAUSED MY MUCH LOVED HORSE TO SUFFER A PROLONGED, HORRIFIC, NEEDLESS DEATH. I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO SUFFER AS I HAVE SUFFERED AND FEEL THAT AN INDEPENDANT BODY IS URGENGTLY NEEDED
