Charter spectrum services

Almost every day people in my community are having more and more problems with cable services and nothing is done about it.as much as people pay to watch the same things over and over we deserve better services.i believe we should be awarded a check for our problems not to mention a discount for being loyal customers.we get no appropriation for being customers and our problems are getting worse and worse.
