Consequences For Professional Sports Referee's

Professional Sports Referees (PSR for short from here on out) are constantly allowed to miss blatant calls with no punishment for performance. PSRs are a critical component of a very high income business, sports teams of which pay the players more if they perform well enough to win championships. Not only are PSRs impacting the businesses (sports teams), they are devastating countless loyal fans who love their teams and are passionate about the sport (being the clientele of these sports teams). I propose a system to regulate the accuracy, maybe a strike system targeted at all officials involved with the incorrect call.
