The area near the nursery on Greenleaf Ave has been littered with
• Graffiti
• Trash
• Broken glass
• Drug paraphernalia
• Street racing
• People speeding through stop signs
• Dead landscape
This has been an issue for the 20+ years I have lived in this neighborhood. This area being so close to a school and park amplifies my concern for the safety of our neighborhood.
The lack of streetlights and police presence allows and encourages the illegal activity-taking place in the area.
After several attempts to voice my concern to both the city of Anaheim and Buena Park, I was told I would need to have other people in the community express the same concern before the city of Buena Park would consider making any changes.
Or neighborhood should be a safe place to walk our dogs, ride bikes with our children, and a point of pride for us.
Help keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful by signing this petition to add streetlights on Greenleaf Ave. between La Reina and Guava Ave.
