Indict Donald Trump and others for Treason

Per Article III Section 3 of the Constitution that defines treason as "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Donald Trump and his administration gave aid to our enemy (Russia) to undermine our election process and thus destabilize our democracy.

In the United States the right to petition is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, which specifically prohibits Congress from abridging "the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances".
