If we get 150 electronic signatures, we will take this petition to the course coordinator and open a professional and productive discussion on the unanimous concern of the fairness pertaining to the exam schedule and attempt to open a dialogue for a better solution.
50% of our grade on one exam during finals week is not in our best interest as students of this college. We have all been inconvenienced by this unfortunate incident, and obviously adding it to the final is logistically easiest. An exam earlier than finals week may not be logistically easiest, but we deserve a little accommodation. Sign this petition to demonstrate how strongly we feel, as a complete student body, about basically 50% of our grade being on one exam during finals week and to create a dialogue for a better solution. If the staff works with the student body and student council, we can surely figure something out.
