Deand an end to fat cat saleries for polititions

The fat cat polititans have lost touch with the middle class.It is time they are more in tune to the average Amrican and what we try to survive on. Most politians are millionares anyway so why do they need to be paid 6 figure incomes for working less than 2,080 hours per as do most Americans?

I would like to propose that everyone working for the Federal Government has a salary cap of no more than 5 figures, and are not allowed to vote to give themselves raises, perks of any kind, or more holidays and vacation days than the average American, without the approval of the American voters.
