Government employers must target and investigate organizations run by non EU nationals. Most of these companies are restaurants, money exchanges, travel agencies, import and exports of spare parts. Investigators must verify if these cards had been swiped , as those working may choose to not have their cards swiped at all, or even swiped to show that they have worked fewer hours. It should be illegal to employ students on a rota as this could be missused by employers.
