Make CPR certification a requirement for College acceptance

Many young people are now falling victim to heart attacks and only 3 out of 10 Americans feel comfortable performing CPR. When a heart attack occurs in public, 90% of people dont make it due to the lack of CPR training. By making CPR a college requirement, a majority of the population is going to be prepared for these medical emergencies.
