Create a Performing Arts Center on Joseph Avenue

The Joseph Avenue Arts and Culture Alliance in so many ways is bringing dance, music and theater to Rochester. One focus of our efforts is the conversion of a former synagogue on Joseph Avenue into a performing arts center.
