CROFT STREET DEVELOPMENT

The council plan to build 11 three story flats and 5 houses in an already built up area,
it is on a piece of land where a beautiful tree sits and is the only green space in a residential area.
The car flow in the area will increase by around 20-30 cars and will be putting local children in danger as it is very congested already

the proposed development will also take over 50 % of light from local resisdents as it is a three story buiding and its not in keeping with local area

through research on populated area we have found that the area is the most over populated in wales over 11.000 people living in such as small area called roath

we the residents propose that the council build only 5-8 houses which should also be in keeping with the local area
