20 hour community service for welfare recipients

I see more and more people claiming unneeded government aid living better and eating better than I do. I would like to see jobless welfare recipients required to show up to job interviews and work a minimum of 20 hours community service or have aid revoked. There is no reason people should be able to make a career off of government aid.
