Half the Cheer Team Should NOT be sitting during Games!

The demerit system is flawed when half the team is sitting out during a game! Not only do the girls deserve a real experience as varsity cheerleaders, but our boys playing deserve to have these 'cheerleaders' leading the FANS in cheering them on. The demerits incurred should have FAIR consequences. These consequences should not have an impact on the team as a whole, the players on the field, the fans in the stands, or the PARENTS here to watch. These parents and girls spend/raise $700-$800 just for uniforms, plus the cost of games, food, and other expenses... not to watch HALF the team sitting out. They've had little practice, no stunts, and this is not right.
