As it has become abundantly clear that California can no longer abide by the constitution, continuing to erode the right of the people to keep and bear arms, refusing to enforce or support existing immigration law, and numerous other laws which govern the United States and;

As the electorate of California chooses to allow it's elected officials to flaunt these illegal and unconstitutional behaviors,

We petition The People of the United States to rise up in support of California's ejection from the republic.
