MAKE MONKEYS LEGAL PETS IN PA

I'm just tryna own a monkey so I don't have to associate myself with fakes no more. If you think about it, if more states allow monkeys as pets, the monkey markets will skyrocket thus increasing the population of monkeys and furthering them from future extinction.
