Stop wasting state money on revenge between ex partners

It is a rather common phenomenon that ex partners use authorities to report / sue one another, using even on occasion their common children as medium to get to their ex.
This is costing the state loads of money that could be used for something more meaningful otherwise. Most cases close down as there is obviously no reason that they ever opened. The person initiating such procedures should be reimbursing the authorities for false claims. Then they would probably think twice.
