Animals in shelters should have a better life!

Ever seen animals in shelters sad with nothing to do inside of the small cages? The least you could do is put a little bone inside but your just can't, this petition wants to change that, animals deserve toys and a better life inside of shelters, and toys, bones, treats would totally make the life of animals in shelters happier!
