In March, The Hillman Group, national vendor-supplier for HOME DEPOT and LOWE'S, announced that it had outsourced production to China, effectively immediately, for the popular American-made INFOTUBE and INFOBOX products.
HILLMAN'S decision to outsource INFOTUBE and INFOBOX makes it likely the American manufacturer will have to close its doors, despite strong sales over its 23-year history that includes providing meaningful, competitively paid work for hundreds of handicapped and disabled American workers.
Help us protect American jobs and the environment by taking a stand against exporting American products to China.
We the undersigned, wish to clearly state our opposition to businesses who choose to export the manufacture of American products like INFOTUBE and INFOBOX to China.
Exporting the manufacture of consumer goods to China eliminates American jobs, hurts American families and businesses, damages the environment, and perpetuates human suffering and poverty through unsafe, brutal working conditions in Chinese factories.
As consumers, we choose to use our purchasing power to purchase American-made products. We ask you to do the same, starting with INFOTUBE and INFOBOX products.
