Help us seek help for the ones who can't speak for themselves

I'm starting this petition in hopes to open the eyes of the USDA. Currently Clermont County does NOT have a investatgator in seeking help for livestock. Clermont to the rescues mission statement states nothing about equine or livestock. Because of this animals go back and forth between Clermont to the rescue and the sheriff dept. in the midst of going back and forth animals are dying because it's taking to long. My goal for this patetion Is to put someone in the office that handles and has experience with livestock and can speak up for these animals, in hope that if we get enough signatures they will put someone in the office.
