Make January 17 'Betty White Day'

I have a goal to make January 17 (Betty White's birth day) 'Betty White Day' as she is a national treasure.
She is basically the United States 'Awesome Grandmother' and we need to let her know this by making her birth day an official holiday.
Please help me make this happen!
