I Tim Brohl, owner of Maximum Machine officially moved my business on September 1, 2014 to his home address which is 13055 South Blaze Ct. Riverton Utah.
I was approved through the Riverton City to have an in home business with a conditional use permit previously back in May 2014. Upon moving the business (September 1, 2014) it was brought to his attention that a few neighbors were concerned about safety and curb appeal. At this time a city council meeting was scheduled and upon the meeting the permit unreasonably revoked. He has since then rectified the concerns and have given more knowledge to the neighbors to satisfy their misunderstanding in person.
I would like to appeal this action that was taken in revoking the business permit because of an unreasonable, hasty decision brought by Riverton City Planning commision. There has been a significant amount of funds invested in this process of an in home business and feel I have been treated unfairly through all that are involved.
