£10 parking season ticket for local residents

Local residents already pay tax to Cornwall Council. Parking at Par beach should be easily affordable for local residents and not another stealth tax. A £10 season ticket for residents is a reasonable expectation as requiring a ticket between 8am and 5pm 7 days a week between 15th March and 31st October is obviously targeted at local residents and dog walkers. Lets not pay through the nose for access to our very own natural resources.
