Demand an End to Homeless Strays throughout the world

Over the years, we petitioned political leaders, to help with the plight of the strays.
We gave specific and proven examples of what needs to be done.
Until today, all our reminders have fallen on deaf ears.
At least some of the SPCA outlets have been taking donations but not strays.
