Reconstruct the Affordable Care Act

The Affordable Care Act has many problems that are causing our National Debt to rise significantly. If we went bankrupt, our savings would be useless and crime rates would rise. By fixing the contracts with federal insurance programs, we can slow our debt and not have to worry about a depression.
