Right to a Nationality

 Autochthonous means Aboriginal, Indigenous and Native ; according to the 1810 defintion by the online etymology dictionary. The 1828 definition of American is as follows ; AMER'ICAN, noun A native of America; originally applied to the aboriginals, or copper-colored races, found here by the Europeans; but now applied to the descendants of Europeans born in America. The issue is that autochthonous Americans also known as American Indians have lost their nationality by being classified as Colored, Black and Negro during the colonial period. Then the same people were reclassified again as African American.Walter Plecker had census takers to reclassify these people as Colored under the Racial Integrity Act of 1924 and also under the Jim Crow laws . I would like for the U.S Census Bureau to add this nationality to the census and all self identification documents.
