We Want Implicit Bias Training for EPSD Staff!

Microaggressions are just a part of the school experience and in a school of mainly minority students, that's absolutely unacceptable. They're let slide because of unintentional harm/benefit of the doubt but if all teachers undergo implicit bias training, there's no excuse and it can give our staff the tools and self awareness needed to not say something disrespectful and spares students the little comments that kind of gnaw at them.
