Raise Pay and not just cost of living!!!

Cost of living is constantly going up but our pay is not enough to afford it all. There are many hard working people who deserve to afford their bills and be able to save at the same time. With the way things are we live paycheck to paycheck which is hard. I believe all businesses should have a set starting pay. Home health is a very important career but yet they can pay their people 9.00 an hour. That’s not enough to survive, keep motivated to want to drive all over to take care of many different people and just to want to stay in that industry in general. There’s many people working several jobs while their kids are home needing guidance yet there’s no time to guide our children who are the future. Something needs to change!!
