No Justice in the COURT!

    I am disabled with a severe traumatic brain injury and I was hired by the Florida court. I worked 4 years there and was fired when I had a seizure. The Human Resources Department ,knew I was disabled when I was hired. I can’t fake having this disability. All co-employees knew I was disabled. I had seizures where ambulances were called, or when my supervisor said I should lay down, or my supervisor would call my wife to come pick me up. My supervisor had all the numbers for my wife and family. The list was placed in 5 different archives, so anyone can call if they had questions about me or let my wife know that something had happened. I won unemployment even though my employer (the Florida court)fought it saying I was not doing my work and I was dangerous. My friends and family and co-workers laughed about me being called dangerous. My supervisor would right simple mistakes and sent me a copy , but kept them to build a negative file against me. She was supposed to check my paper work, which was very little to check. I took a state handbook that had the code numbers for different files, and minimized this book to one page. My supervisor gave me a big hug and a kiss for making her job so, much easier. I also came up with a plan for all the employees in the file archives. They all came up to me or individually and thanked me for making their work so much easier . This plan made it easier,so employees wouldn’t have to waist time in climbing up about 20 feet and and bring the files needed down these tall ladders. When these files came back the system I produced allowed them not to climb up and down the ladders.
    A huge problem was that the judges would send criminals to do their time in the archives. That made it possible for these criminals to get their files, and throw them out. Plus, throwing out files for their friends and families. This created a problem because files weren’t found for attorneys and courts. With this write ups of nothing was big enough to write me up. My supervisor worked in the downtown court where she would just call me about a file that was needed down town. It was done quickly with no problems. During break time of 15 minutes my dr. Sent a letter explaining that it should be quicker and break those 15 minutes , so I could go outside,and get some air. That was allowed for my brain disability.
    As far as work was an issue it was done. There were crates of files , going back at least 20 from the time they should have been desposed of. That shows what a mess these archives were before I was hired. I received my raises until less than a year before I was fired. I would start work 15 minutes early, so I could take phone calls from employees that were going to be late or were not coming in at all. I would work about 15 minutes later when the day was over , so I could check all the truck entries were locked, and get some files that my supervisor would bring downtown to the man court. All this extra time I did was done for free to help out more to make the archives look good and run right. I also had to go to Miami for a week of training, but the work was for criminals in jails which had nothing to do with my work. I went up to the instructor after the week of training and he told me I shouldn’t have been sent to this seminar. I had a brother who had a severe traumatic brain injury, and said how could I handle this work. When I told him the codes didn’t meet the files, he said that’s incredibly hard. He gave my his personal cell phone number, to ask questions, that I had a file built up against my. I showed my supervisor what the seminar was about because she sent me there. It was also close to 2 hrs. Of driving each day to go to this useless seminar. If she gat written up, it would be far more wasted time then the time I needed from her. I really can’t blame her for everything ,because I feel she was told to do this from Human Resources.
    , so they could build that file to demote me to the mail room, in the downtown mail room. I had my salary cot by about 30%..
    I didn’t know how to fight that I was fired because of my disability, plus the work was being done ,and I was making my supervisor work easier and the employees work was made easier. Just like I said how happy everyone was. I saw the Clerk of the court Mr. Howard Forman who said that was wrong and he’ll straighten it out. He didn’t get to do that. He didn’t run for office in the election, but, his ex-wife won because people voted think it was him.
    At my hearing I asked for an IMPARTIAL jury, but the judge found in favor of himself (the court) . This is a case that needs to show all disabled employees are protected.
