Demand Justice system reform! What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Why is it that people who haven’t been found guilty of a crime (just charged with the crime) should have to face punishment. Like public humiliation from being arrested, paying bonds in order to get out of jail, taking time off from work to go to court, paying a lawyer or having their mugshot show up on Facebook and the.
