Support Medicinal Cannabis in Tennessee

Now is the time for Tennessee to allow freedom for cannabinoid medical use and unrestricted research. Please join us in demanding the Governor and the Legislature support our legislative efforts to put Patients First and enact a Medical Cannabis Program.

An Open Petition to:


The Governor of the State of Tennessee, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Members of the Senate and the Members of the House of Representatives.


Please pass legislation this coming session (January 2017) to ensure Patients have Safe Access to Cannabis based medicines in Tennessee. Further, please provide for unrestricted Research into Cannabinoid medicines for any University, College, Non Profit or For Profit Tennessee Corporation to leverage the abundant economic resources of our Great State.
