Demand Mary Jaco to be buried at Pendleton Cemetery

Mary Jaco’s son died as a baby in 1950
Her request was to be buried at Pendleton Cemetery in Doe Run Mo next to the baby in the Jaco family plot.
Betty Rudzek is the overseer of the cemetery, she is refusing burial, her first reason was because there was too much rock in the area and now she says the baby is not buried there. There are too many people who know the baby is for a fact buried there. Betty also says she has no record of Alvin Jaco Mary’s husband being buried there eithe, that one is easy to prove there are too many witnesses, he was just buried there in 2015.
The Pendleton Baptist Church that owns the cemetery refuses to get involved
