Bring Benlea home to her father

Bring Bentlea home I Am an American citizen and a Missouri resident, and I have never been so ashamed  of this until now. There are a million government programs out there for women who keep there child and for the woman who put there child up for adoption. Which is why I am writing.Back in February 2012 my son moved in with his girlfriend and they were planning a wedding when she found out she was pregnant. In May 2012 she decided to move her new boyfriend in and was drinking and taking birth control to abort the baby, after my son left the home he was told by her and her mother that she was getting an abortion. Well in December 2012 he was contacted by the new boyfriend, because they lied to adoption lawyer and said he(the new boyfriend) was the father and when they wanted dna they came clean about the lie and the lawyers wanted my son to provide dna and sign away his rights. The dna is no problem sign away his rights is.Since December 2012 we have tried finding resources and laws on his rights. Well guess what there are no resource and since hes and unwed father he seems to have no right because hes is unwed father ,temporary unemployed and lives with my mom to help her since she is old and sick. Every organization and government program tells us to get an attorney So far the only help we have gotten is a court appointed attorney Who tells us he has no chance because he is poor temporary layoff is the same as no job and since he lives with my mom in a small apartment he doesn't have proper housing On top of that the attorney told him even if he had a place of his own it would cost thousands of dollars for the state to do a home study.And yes he is now on the Missouri punitive fathers registry. I do agree with the woman's right her body her choice But as soon as that child is born its no longer her body Its a whole new life and the father should have all the rights as a mother does when it comes to his child. It amazes me a mother doesn't have to tell a man hes a father or if she decides to place that child for adoption If I'm not wrong she is an unwed mother what is the difference between a unwed mother and an unwed father??? Right now we have to prove my son is fit to raise a child I don't see unwed mother having to go to court to prove she is a fit parent And even if they did there would government programs to help her.While looking up laws on terminating a parents right to a child I found that A person who abuses there child is given every chance and resources to help him/her to regain custody of the child.There are women's groups and government programs to go after dead beat father but there is nothing for the fathers who want to be in there child's life and provide good homes for them If the mother doesn't want a child and places it for adoption a father should have the right to step in immediately and take custody of the child He should not have to fight a couple to get his child And this leads me to my next problem Again we are talking about the rights of 2 people who were never married and since they were not married The father has little or no choice In the state Of Missouri you cannot get married if you are gay With that being said My sons child was placed with a lesbian couple who cannot get married Again he is an unwed father and since they cannot get married doesn't this make them unwed parents What is the difference??? There needs to be laws out there for the fathers and women need to be held accountable FOR THERE ACTIONS AS WELL IT WASN'T JUST THE MAN WHO HAD SEX she was there to Married or not And a child should never be put up for adoption when there is a father out there that should have every right to raise his child Its sad when a child abuser has a better chance to get there child than a unwed father does
