Fair geographic pay for all nurses

St. Lawrence County nurses from SUNMOUNT DDSO received and increase in geographic pay to $12,000 from $7,000. The nurses from Clinton County and Franklin County SUNMOUNT DDSO did not. We as nurses are requesting the same geographic pay as our co-workers in St. Lawrence County. We do the same work, have the same issues with recruitment difficulty for nurses, recruitment difficulty in our counties, high vacancy and turnover in nursing, and salaries are not comparable to other nurses in our county.
