Budget Request To Demolish The Former Banks School Site

We, the residents of northeastern Birmingham, formally and respectfully request the City of Birmingham allocate $1.1 million in the 2017 - 2018 capital budget for the demolition and security of the old Banks School site, with additional funding earmarked for the formulation of a long-term maintenance plan.
