Police and Communities Work Together

Continuing police brutality at the hands of cops who do not understand or care about the communities they serve has caused a lot of unrest in the nation. Dirty cops are not being held accountable for their actions and that is a problem. A change that we can ALL agree on is that there needs to be a change in the police training program. That's why COMMUNITY SERVICE hours should be an incentive for police officers to move up. It not only makes the police understand the community because they have to help rebuild. But it shows the community a different view of the Police outside of just policing the neighborhoods.
