Stop the burning alive of people in Nigeria

People suspected of armed robbery are instantly beaten to an inch of their lives and then set ablaze by mobs in Nigeria.  Many innocent victims have met their demise in this manner.
Recently, 4 innocent university boys between the ages of 18 - 20 years were murdered in this way.  The gruesome act is all over the internet.  This has to stop!!!!!
Laws need to be passed to stop this inhumane act and people brought to justice for participating in such hideous acts.
