3 way Stop sign save our children and elders and Personal Properties

With warm weather coming it gets more people racing to get to Levett Bld to miss the light on Torresdale Ave and Levett Ave with childen playing one of them is gonna get hurt I myself has seen many close calls I saw at least 5 accidents many many close calls one with at least 6 kids getting a rise to school almost deadly. We are asking please put up a 3 way stop
