Prevent supermarkets, newsagents etc from using plastic bags

Over 168 million tonnes of plastic enters our oceans every year and we should be thinking about our efforts to help save our environment. We should prevent supermarkets, newsagents from using plastic bags and start using paper bags with no cost attached to them.
