Job related injury (Benjamin Moore Paints) Promised retirement cut in half.

I blew a disc on the job , I told my foreman whom was at my side when it occurred , and he didn't report it . I'm been through 8 back surgeries and will never work again. I was promised numerous times I'd get full retirement ,now Warren Buffet froze the retirement plan and I will receive less than half. Doesn't this sound wrong to you. Do you think Warren could live off $900 a month? I don't know if he knows about this but the President of Benjamin Moore Paints does and he wouldn't even reply to our E Mail.
