Ban Men From Being Topless

It should be illegal for a man to walk around without a shirt on outside Men should not be allowed to be topless it should be considered nudity and illegal
I wouldn't want little kids looking at a man without a shirt on and I don't think it's right to have little boys walking around topless when there are a lot of predators out there

I think men should be banned from going outside without a shirt on to me it is considered nudity

If a woman can't go outside topless then why should men be allowed?
