STOP THE 30,000 DRONES TO FLY OVER THE U.S.

What grounds are there for this act of terror to control a population of law abiding citiizens for the few groups that break the law?

"Whether intentional or coincidental, the recent appearnace of so many liberty killing laws is frustrating and scary. So many of these laws rely on a naive belief from the American People that our government will be benevolent with these additional powers. But if history has taught us anything, it's that governments abuse their powers. We must be vigilant in protecting our freedoms and identiying and enforcing the limits placed on government by our Constitution."   
Tax payers money should be spent to create jobs so there is no need of turning  this country into a WELFARE COUNTRY. Instead this country, now with 30,000 drones to all fly within 7 years ,is turning this country into a Controlled COUNTRY IN THE YEAR 2020.
THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF OUR FREEDOM BEING COMPROMISED. WHAT TYPE OF WORLD ARE WE TO LEAVE TO THE UNBORN GENERATION THAT WILL BE PRISONERS IN A WORLD WITHOUT BARS.
