Bring Back Lay-away

This petition is to hopefully convince Wal-mart Canada to bring back it's lay-away plan. Even if it is just for Christmas. There are so many financially needy people like myself. I was going to put items on lay-away for Christmas so i could get presents for my loved ones. I am on a fixed income from Social Services Disability. I found out that that option is not availble here. That all the commercials on TV are for the United States ONLY. Lay-away plans are desperately needed for low income families, so that they may buy presents for their famlilies for Christmas.
