  Children, Abuse,and Domestic Voilence Victims NEED Justice.
With their ABUSER'S WALKING AWAY. Woman in Washington are being abuse by Law enforcement and nothing happen's to their abuser's. Wether it be a cop or a man ,woman, or law when will woman able to feel safe.WHY do the court's grant protection order's time and time again and not find it odd that it's against the same PERSON,MAN,OR FELLOW. When will the LAWS change and WOMAN ABLE TO LIVE HARASSMENT FREE AGAIN? The Law and Judical System need to really look at the reason's why crime's against WOMAN need to be enforced as a CRIME .Our life's are reason to get their fundging but not inforce it.Why?These rule's apply to every other state but not Washington because I know for a fact that woman are the one's ending up with DV charge's or CPS is removing children  and placeing them with the very same Person who Abused..But, the woman are the one's being blamed,broken down,and forced to give up all she has done to protect her children because of the CPS system and their service's so they can get the MONEY.each year. I recently spoke to a woman who had been put through this very thing.Understand,and  listen to her story and you decide if THE LAW HELP OR ENBLES SUCH AWFUL RELATIONSHIP'S. Is the system abusing tax payer's and WOMAN.This young mother was a victim of DV for 8 year's everything under the sun was done to her she felt like a hostage instead of a girlfriend when she had her first son she fleed,and tried to start over.She filed court paper's went into hiding did everything she was told and her abuser still found her. He even Harassed her through the internet,harassed her family,and stalked her.Law enforcement never did anything she was 26 he was 54 they never could catch him they said.She was in college her son was in day care and she was getting ready to have her second child, happy.He ended up locating her and it started happening. Everyday he was findging her pleading with her and making her feel bad.Well,he got his way he was back in and abusing her again her had her convinced it was her family against her but truly it was him.Three weeks after her son was born her Mother died.HE HAD BEEN callING CPS on her everyday while she planne her MOTHER'S funeral.She was gone for the night after a fight, left the children with him, out of safety,and health reason's.The next day CPS CAME In her home and removed her CHILDREN,he told them she ABANDONED THEM how you abandon children for one night beyond me but CPS WAS NOT PLAYING the infant was denied mental treatment by this man and they ALL Blamed Her.What kind of person does that.  INFANT  NO medical treatment this one DID and she got blamed!!!She's was Medical ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT! Go figure.They place her children with this man even after all these court paper's,hospital record's,and held him accountable.SICK RIGHT.In her eye's she might as well be dead,but for her kids sake her writ'e letter's,call's lawyer's,call's CPS,PLEAD'S WITH HIM EVERYDAY to see her CHILDREN. He denies her and the LAW refuse's to listen to her.She has done eveything she can to gat her children back and they don't help her.She see'S the damage he has already done to them and contine's to do to her everyday.
