All Ex Felons should have the opportunity to have a real second chance!

I believe that if you have had a conviction of a felony or misdemeanor in Washington DC after a 10 year convicted free life that they should be able to petition the courts for Expungement for a second chance to reestablish there life with a real beginning of life without restrictions From the courts! But after being clean for 10 years show and prove to the courts that you have been a very good person to society and what your doing with you’re life leaving up to 10 year mark and Show proof that you can be a positive member of society!
