Demand of property due to unlivable conditions

Mold is growing in the ceiling and the interior of the building in my bathroom and in ceiling tiles of bedroom is not safe due to wiring wrapped around the pipes to hold up the pipes water leaking thru ceiling brown there is no water filtration in whole building and lead piping and landlord has knowledge of tenant severe allergies to lead and also has used lead based paint which caused sickness to previous tenant of apt 3. My goal is to make a better living and afordable living. By making Brandon Von siebenhoven the new landlord of 611 East Market St. All issues that are in concern will be fixed immediately once under new management. Leases will not be changed until contracts expire and need to be renewed
